摘要
分化型甲状腺癌复发风险3级分层自2009年美国甲状腺协会指南提出后,受到普遍重视。其中,中危风险组复发风险患者的术后治疗争议较大。本文总结了中危风险组分化型甲状腺癌术后治疗的进展及争议。
The three-level recurrence stratification of differentiated thyroid carcinoma （DTC） has at- tracted wide attention since its introduction in 2009 American Thyroid Association guidelines. Among these three levels, the postoperative treatment of DTC with intermediate recurrence risk is highly controversial. This article summarizes the relevant advances and controversies in this field.
