肝癌合并门静脉高压症联合手术治疗的临床研究 被引量：7

摘要 肝癌合并肝硬化、门静脉高压症在我国比较常见。目前，虽然在术前安全性综合评估、术中精准肝切除技术、术后肝脏功能恢复和功能衰竭的治疗等方面取得了进展，但是，同期手术处理肝癌合并门静脉高压症的风险仍然较大。2007年以来，我科对39例可切除原发性肝癌合并门静脉高压症患者施行了联合手术治疗，现报告如下。
