摘要
提出综合利用颜色判定法和划痕法来判定涂料干燥性能的方式。试验表明,该测量方式稳定、准确;基于该测试方法,试验得到耐火骨料粒径的增大,酒精、酚醛树脂、F-80加入量的减少都有利于涂料干燥性能的提高;在保证涂料其他性能满足要求的条件下,可通过控制涂料的各组分提高涂层的干燥性能。
The method of utilizing color determining combining with scratch methods to determine wheth- er the coating had been dried or not was investigated, which was proved to be stable and accurate through experiments. Based on this method, the results show that with increasing in size of refractory particle and decreasing in alcohol, phenol resin, F-80 added, the drying performance of the coating is im- proved. Therefore , the drying performance of coatings can be improved through controlling the compo- nent of coatings on the basis of other performances met.
