实时三维超声心动图对扩张型心肌病左心功能及同步化评估的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 扩张型心肌病(dilatedcardiomyopathy,DCM)以一侧或双侧心腔扩张(多为左心室)伴收缩及舒张功能障碍为特征,死因多为难治性心力衰竭和室性心律失常,目前尚缺乏特异性治疗方案,早期诊断且准确评价心功能状态是及时有效治疗DCM的关键。实时三维超声心动图(real-timethreedi—mensionalechocardiography。RT一3DE)能直观立体地展示心脏解剖结构,在三维空间上准确定量心脏指标,
