大鼠脊髓损伤后局部离子内环境的变化 被引量:4

Change of internal ionic environment in local tissue after spinal cord injury in rats

摘要 目的 观察脊髓损伤 (SCI)后局部组织中多种离子含量的变化。方法 20只 SD大鼠随机分为对照组及损伤组 (n=4),采用原子吸收光谱法测定损伤后 1、 4、 8和 24h局部组织中 Ca2+、 K+、 Na+、 Zn2+、 Mg2+和 Cu2+含量变化。结果 SCI后局部组织中 Ca2+、 Na+离子浓度较对照组明显升高 Objective To detect the change of ions content after spinal cord injury.Method Following a controlled compression injury to the thoracic spinal cord(T8.9).rats were sacrificed at 1,4,8and 24hour points(n=4).The injuried segments were resected The ions (Ca2+ ,K+ ,Na+ ,Zn2+ ,Mg2+ andCu2+ )were measured with atomic absorption spectrophotomertry. Result In the injuried tissue,there is a significant increase in Ca2+、 Na+ ,and decrease in K+、 Mg2+ .Conclusion The change of ions contents are important morpholehical events in the secondary injury period after spinal cord injury.It may be the comman channal for the differrent cells death.
