摘要
目的 观察猴失神经皮肤内植入感觉神经后, SP(substance-P)类阳性纤维的再生情况。方法 以猴手制成失神经模型,在神经植入术后 1、 3、 5、 8、 12个月后取材,进行 SP抗体的免疫组化染色。结果 于术后 3个月,在真皮深层出现 SP类阳性纤维。术后 5个月真表皮交界处出现 SP类阳性纤维及末梢,在乳头层有 SP染色阳性的触觉小体。随时间延长,再生程度逐渐恢复。结论 感觉神经植入失神经皮肤后可以再生出 SP类阳性的神经纤维和触觉小体,失神经手指能获得良好的感觉再支配。
Objective To observe regeneration of SP like positive fibers after implanting sensory nerve into the monkey denervated skin. Methods 1,3,5,8,12 months after nerve implantation ,samples of monkey finger skin were selected,which were marked with immunohistochemisty stain .Results SP like immunoreactivity positive fibers were found in deep layer of dermis 3th month 5months after nerve implantation. these fibers appeared in boundary of dermis and epidermis,and there were Meissner's SP immunoreactivity positive corpuscles.With extended time,the degree of regeneration got higher .Conclusion The implantated nerve could regenerate SP immunoreactivity positive fibers and Meissner's corpuscles in skin, the denervated finger could acquire fine function sensory
