钢管高速漏磁检测中涡流效应实验分析 被引量:7

摘要 通过将钢管直线高速扫描运动转换为圆环旋转高速扫描运动的方式,组建了高速漏磁检测装置;分析基线漂移的根源——涡流效应,以及高速漏磁检测中涡流效应存在的物理诠释及其分布特点。对比分析表明:0~12m/s的扫描速度对检测信号幅值的影响不大,但由于确实存在涡流效应,所以导致所获得检出信号波形基线发生了漂移,而基线的漂移方向取决于磁敏元件布置在磁化器中的位置,基线漂移可通过一定的软件补偿调整而得到处理。 The high-speed magnetic flux leakage detection system is set up by means of converting the steel pipe linear hi-speed scanning movement into a rotary hi-speed scanning movement. It is identified via analysis that eddy current effect is the root cause for drifting of the baseline. And why eddy current effect exists during the hi-speed MFL detection process is explained from a physical point of view. Also analyzed is the distribution characteristics of the eddy current effect. Relevant comparative analysis shows that 0~12 m/s scanning speed produces little impact on the test signal amplitude value. However, due to the fact that eddy current effect does exist, the baseline of the de- tection signal waveform is caused to be drifted, and the baseline drifting direction depends on the locations of the magneto sensors mounted in the magnetizer. The trouble of baseline drifting can be fixed by means of some software compensation and adjustment.
