摘要
Wilson等人在动物实验中证实电刺激可促进周围神经再生。电刺激的种类有:全置入式、半置入式及非置入式。 Zanakis使用电场做了详细剂量研究,认为电流不是生理学上有关参数,而是电流密度即场强。电效应对神经再生的促进作用发生在最初几天,即生长的起始阶段,一旦神经再生开始、电场便对神经再生没有影响。电刺激促进神经再生机制目前尚不清楚,局部微环境建立特有渠道至靶细胞是非常重要的,包括多种生物电化学过程,与局部电的相互作用有关。
Wilson et al proved electrical stimulation could promote regeneration of peripheral nerve in animals. There are three types of electrical stimulator: complete implanted electrical stimulator, half implanted electrical stimulator and no implanted electrical stimulator. Zanakis studied detailely the dosage of electrical stimulation, he considered that the electric current was not a parameter of physiology, and the density of electic current (field intensity) was a physiological parameter. Electrical effection promoting regeneration of nerve occurs in the inital days of regeneration (the begining of regeneration).Electric field has no effects on regeneration after the begining of regeneration.The mechanism of electrical stimulation promoting regeneration of nerve is not very clear now.It is very important to establish special chanel to target cell in local microcircumstance, and there are a lot of bioelectrochemical processes that relate with local electric reciprocity.
