摘要
对转底炉直接还原工艺处理红土镍矿过程石灰对矿物原料还原的作用进行研究,并研究了(C)/(O)、碱度对熔分后金属收得率的影响。结果表明,加入石灰可以提高金属氧化物的还原效率,在1 300℃金属化焙烧时发生一定程度的烧结,高温焙烧较低温焙烧金属晶粒聚集长大。综合考虑金属回收率和镍铁合金的镍品位,确定最佳配料为:(C)/(O)0.8、碱度1.0。
This research studied the effect of flux on reduction of nickel laterite ore in the direct reduction process by using rotary hearth furnace. The influence of w(C)/w(O) and basicity on the metallization rate after smelting-separation process was also investigated. Results showed addition of flux benefited reduction rate of metallic oxides. In metallization masting process under temperature of 1 300 ℃, a degree of sintering occurred and metal grains aggregated and grew up together. In overall consideration of metal recovery rate and nickel grade in nickel iron alloys, the optimum furnace charges are w(C)/w(O) of 0.8 and basicity of 1.0.
