Study on Frictions in International Services Trade:Status Quo,Characteristics and Causes

摘要服务贸易摩擦是近年来骤然增加的现象,各类摩擦所涉国家范围较广,主要集中在发达国家和中南美洲国家。同时,中国对外服务贸易摩擦有不断增加的趋势,并表现出一系列的特殊性。结合中外服务贸易摩擦的成因分析,本文提出了一些政策反思。 Frictions in services trade emerged as an increasingly striking phe- nomenon in recent years. A wide range of countries particularly developed coun- tries and Central/South American countries are involved in a variety of frictions. Meanwhile, there is an upward trend in the number of frictions in China＇ s for- eign services trade, showing a range of specific characteristics. Based on a com- bined analysis of the cause of services trade frictions both at home and abroad, the paper proposes a number of policy implications.
