Empirical Study on Degree of Trade Facilitation of CAFTA and Its Effect on Export

摘要本文试图探索中国及东盟各国贸易便利化程度对各国出口贸易的影响。采用了定量的研究方法,利用全球竞争力报告和其他商业调查数据,对中国及东盟国家2004年、2009年及2011年的贸易便利化水平分别进行了测算。同时选取了2004年、2009年及2011年②中国、东盟6国之间多边出口流量面板数据,运用贸易引力模型验证了贸易便利化水平对一国出口的影响。研究结果表明:贸易便利化程度越高,越能够促进出口的增加。 This paper attempts to evaluate the degree of trade facilitation of CAFTA （China-ASEAN Free Trade Area） and its effect on China＇s export. With a quantitative research method, the author respectively calculates the facilitation level of such a trade in 2004, 2009 and 2011 based on data from Global Com- petitiveness Report as well as other business surveys. Meanwhile, based on panel data of the seven CAFTA countries＇ multilateral export, the author applies the trade Gravity model to test the effect of trade facilitation on export. The re- search results show that the degree of trade facilitation has a positive stimulating effect on export.
