摘要
针对科研项目管理的实际情况,设计科研项目申报和实施过程质量评价指标和相关权重,得到科学的、较完善的综合评价指标体系.在以上研究的基础上,设计并实现科研项目申报和实施过程综合评价系统,对本项目提出的多策略评价体系模型的有效性、实用性和可行性进行验证.
In view of the actual situation of scientific research project management,design and scientific research project application and implementation process quality evaluation index and relative weight,we get a comprehensive evaluative,index system.On the basis of the above research,the design and implementation of scientific research project application and implementation of the comprehensive evaluation system,can verify the validity,practicability and the advanced strategy evaluation system model is proposed for this project.
