摘要
目的 介绍一例原发性眶内恶性血管外皮细胞瘤外科治疗。方法 通过脑血管造影 ,先行血管内真丝栓塞 ,后行肿瘤切除 ,局部化疗及文献复习。结果 局部血管杂音和博动消失 ,肿瘤全切除。随访三年 ,视力正常 ,肿瘤未复发。病理学检查 ,血管内真丝异物形成血栓。病理报告为恶性血管外皮细胞瘤。结论 血管极其丰富之肿瘤先行血管内栓塞 ,后行肿瘤全切除术及局部化疗 ,安全、有效。
Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment of the orbital malignant hemangiopericytoma. Methods The silk-thread segments as an embolic agent were used for the embolization of the numerous arterial vessels in the tumor before the removal of the tumors. Postoperative chemotherapy in th local orbital region was conducted. Results the vascular murmur and the beating of the tumor disappeared after the total removal of the tumor. After three years follow-up, the vision was normal and the with no recurrence of the tumor on the CT scan. The pathological findings revealed the hemangiopericytoma with thrombosis near the silk-thread. Conclusion Endovascular embolization of the tumors that were rich in vessels was an effective and safe therapy before the total removal of the tumors.
