太行山猕猴蹠骨形态学判别分析

摘要 目的:了解太行山猕猴5根蹠骨形态学差异.方法:测量34例成年太行山猕猴蹠骨标本10个变量.数据用SPSS13.5统计软件分析处理,建立5根蹠骨的多元判别函数.结果:5根蹠骨正确判别率的范围是91.2%~100.0%,回代检验和交互检验结果相似,说明判别函数稳定有效.结论:太行山猕猴5根蹠骨的形态差异显著.采用多元判别函数可以有效地将未知标本进行判别. The Objective,of this research is to further study the morphology of the metacarpals of"Macaca mulatta" from the Taihang Mountains.Methods:The sample consisted of 34adult Macaca mulatta and 10main variables of each metatarsal were measured.Discriminate functions of the metatarsals were constructed by mean of multivariate analyses employing SPSS 13.0for windows.Results:The correct discriminate rates ranged from 91.2%to 100.0%for five metatarsals.The results of original accuracy were similar with cross-validated on five metatarsals,which showed the discriminate functions were stable and valid.Conclusions:They usually differ markedly in morphology.Most of these unknown metacarpals are easily distinguished by constructing discriminate functions.
