树枝状CdS纳米结构的合成及光学性质 被引量:1

Large Scale Synthesis of CdS Dendrites and Their Optical Properties

摘要 分别以丙烯基硫脲和五水氯化镉为硫源及镉源,利用水热法合成了树枝状CdS复杂纳米结构,利用X射线衍射谱、场发射扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、高分辨电子显微镜和电子衍射等对产物的形貌和结构进行表征.利用室温荧光光谱和紫外-可见光吸收谱对产物的光学性质进行研究.结果表明,所得产物是六方晶系的CdS,并且树枝状CdS是单晶.研究了不同硫源和镉源对产物形貌的影响,同时对树枝状CdS复杂纳米结构的形成机制进行了探讨. Dendritic CdS complex nanostructures were successfully synthesized in high yield by a simple and facile hydro thermal method with allyl thiourea and CdCl2 5 H2O as sulfide source and cadmium source. The structures and morphologies of the as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, trans- mission electron microscope and selected area electron diffraction. The optical properties of the products were studied by room temperature photoluminescenee and UV-vis absorption spectra. The results indicate that the CdS dendrites are single crystalline and can be indexed to hexagonal phase. The reaction parameters such as the change of cadmium source and sulfide that affected the CdS morphology were investigated, based on which possible formation mechanism for the dendritic CdS complex nanostruc- tures was proposed.
