摘要
目的探讨喉癌、喉咽癌病人术后气管切开口菌群的动态分布情况。方法分别于术后当天、术后第7天、术后第14天对66例喉癌、喉咽癌病人气管切开口处分泌物进行细菌培养及药敏试验。结果术后当天气管切开口处5例各培养出细菌1株,术后第7天培养出细菌70株,术后第14天培养出细菌85株、真菌3株。气管切开口处细菌对临床常用抗生素有较强的耐药性。结论喉癌、喉咽癌病人气管切开口处术后第7和14天均出现细菌定植,该处细菌对临床常用抗生素有较高耐药性。
Objective To investigate dynamic distribution of flora in incision of tracheal following surgery for laryngeal or hypopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Secretions of incision of tracheal were cultured (on days 1,7 and 14 after surgery) and drug sensitive tests done in 66 patients underwent surgery for laryngeal or hypopharyngeal carcinoma. Results Five strains were cultured on the day of surgery,70 strains on day 7, and 85 strains (fungi three strains) on day 14. The bacteria cultured showed a relatively high drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics. Conclusion This study indicates that bacteria appeared in incision of tracheal on days 7 and 14 after surgery, which had a higher resistance to antibiotics commonly used clinically.
