摘要
对驻极体电容传声器(ECM)电容的特性、电容的构成、计算等进行了较详细的分析,并用实验论证了讨论的结果。结合生产过程,由于工艺条件而造成装配不平行而出现的影响也进行了讨论。给出了从物理概念、物理意义上去分析,以解决ECM在生产制造工程中的问题的讨论实例。
Detailed analysis of characteristic, composition and calculation of the capacitance on the electret condenser microphone (ECM) is given, and the result of discussion is verified by experiment. Discussion of the capacitance with the oblique plate owing to different technology in the production process is given. However, analysis and solution of problems in the manufacture from the physical concept and the physical meaning are given.
