摘要
分析了电子节气门系统中各部件的潜在失效模式以及该模式对系统安全性的影响,然后从系统层面研究故障管理策略。采用嵌入式故障状态矩阵对部件、子系统和系统的故障逐级推理计算,得到符合ISO 15031—6要求定义故障码,从而保证系统的安全运行。
The latent failure mode of electronic throttle and its influence on system safety were analyzed and the fault manage- ment strategy was researched from the view of system. The faults of part, sub-system and system were deduced and calculated with the embedded fault state matrix, the defined fault codes in accordance with ISO15031--6 were acquired and finally the sys- tem can run safely.
