摘要
目的研究在2010—2012年期间无锡市第四人民医院核医学诊疗中心合成18F-FDG时化学合成室中的辐射剂量率与参与反应的氟离子的活度的关系,分析放射性药物自动分装仪和自制防护盒的使用对降低分装人员的受照射剂量的作用。方法通过加速器产生不同活度的氟离子参加化学反应,利用γ射线辐射水平剂量仪监测化学合成室中不同工作点的辐射剂量率,分析辐射剂量率和氟离子活度的线性关系。监测在分装药物时使用和不使用防护盒时手臂的受照射剂量率的差异,并计算分装人员的手臂的年辐射当量剂量。结果化学合成室中的辐射剂量率和反应的氟离子的活度有直接的正比关系,同时使用一种自制的防护盒能使分装人员在分装药物时手臂的辐射当量剂量降低约90%。结论依据患者人数选择适当活度的氟离子参与反应和使用自制的药物分装防护盒能大大减少药物合成人员的外照射剂量。据此,该中心合成人员在2010—2012年期间的年个人当量剂量为0.71 mSv和手臂的年当量剂量(估算68 mSv)均不超过国家的职业人员个人5年内平均每年20 mSv和手臂500 mSv年当量剂量限值。
[ Objective] To study the relationship between radiation dose rate when ^18F-FDGwere prepared in the chemical synthesis laboratory in Nuclear Medicine Department of Wuxi Fourth People's Hospital from 2010-2012 and the radioactivity of the fluorine ion participating in the reaction, analyze the effect of radiopharmaceutical automatic dispensing instrument and homemade protective box on reducing the irradiation dose of the dispensing staff. [ Methods] The different radioactivity of fluoride ions were produced by cyclotron to participate in the chemical reaction, the radiation dose rate of different working sites in chemical synthesis laboratory was monitored by γ, ray monitoring instruments, and the linear relationship between radiation dose rate and radioactivity of the fluorine ion was analyzed. The difference in radiation dose rate between using and non-using the radiation protective box during dispensing was monitored, and the annual radiation dose of the personnel arm was calculated. [ Results ] There was a positive correlation between radiation dose rate in chemical synthesis laboratory and radioactivity of the fluorine ion. Meanwhile, the radiation dose of the personnel arm during dispensing was reduced by 90% with the use of the homemade protective box. [ Conclusion] The external dose of the synthesis personnel can be greatly reduced by producing the right radioactivity of fluoride ion to participate in the chemical reaction according to the number of patients and using the homemade protective box. Therefore, the annual personal equivalent dose { 0.71 mSv) and the annual radiation dose of the arm I estimate 68 mSv) of synthesis personnel from 2010-2012 did not exceed the national limits, which the average annual personal equivalent dose in five years is 20 mSv, and annual radiation dose of arm is 500 rosy.
