某风力发电桨叶制造企业职业卫生学调查与分析 被引量:3

Investigation and analysis of occupational hygiene in a wind turbine blade manufacturing enterprise

摘要 目的了解某风力发电桨叶制造企业职业病危害现状。方法采取职业流行病学方法对风力发电桨叶制造企业进行职业病危害现状调查。结果风力发电桨叶制造企业主要的职业病危害因素为玻璃钢粉尘、噪声及苯、丙酮等化学物质,检测合格率分别为80%、80%、100%、100%。职工健康检查发现听力异常3例,血常规异常2例,皮炎7例,其他异常24例。结论风力发电桨叶制造企业存在多种职业病危害因素,该企业的职业病危害控制措施是可行的,但应加强管理,切实做好职业病预防工作。 [ Objective] To study the status of occupational hazards in a wind turbine blade manufacturing enterprise. [ Methods] The method of occupational epidemiology was adopted to conduct occupational hazards survey in the wind turbine blade manufacturing enterprise. [ Results] The main occupational hazards in wind power blade manufacturing enterprises were FRP dust, noise and the chemical materials such as benzene, acetone. The detection qualified rate was 80%, 80%, 100% and 100% respectively. Workers'health check found 3 cases of abnormal hearing, 2 cases of routine blood abnormalities, 7 cases of dermatitis, and 24 other cases. [ Conclusion] There are a variety of occupational hazards existed in wind power blade manufacturing enterprises, occupational hazards control are feasible, so effective measures should be taken earnestly to do well in occupational disease prevention.
