摘要
目的 报道11例经扩大颅中窝硬膜外入路切除哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤的手术方法和体会。方法 回顾分析我院(90～98年)11例哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤经扩大颅中窝硬膜外入路切除的疗效。结果 肿瘤全切除8例,次全切除3例,无手术死亡。术后出现新的颅神经功能障碍2例,短期内多能恢复。结论 采用扩大颅中窝硬膜外入路切除哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤疗效满意。
Objective To report 11 cases of dumbbell-shaped trigeminal neurinoma microsurgically removed using extradural approach via middle cranial fossa. Method Data of 11 cases with dumbbell-shaped trigeminal neurinoma excised by extradural approach via extended middle cranial fossa was retrospectively analyzed. Result The tumor was totally removed in 8 cases, subtotally in 3. No patient died of the surgery. Temporal dysfunction of cranial nerve function was observed in 2 patients. Conclusion The authors concluded that extradural approach via extended middle cranial fossa is a preferred method for excision of dumbbell-snapped trigeminal neurinoma
