摘要
目的了解浙江省宁波地区男男性接触者人群艾滋病感染及相关情况的变化趋势,为在该人群中开展更加有效的防制措施提供依据。方法 2010-2012年连续3年采用分类滚雪球法招募MSM进行问卷调查,留取血样进行HIV和梅毒检测,并对3年的调查数据进行动态分析,掌握其变化趋势。结果 2010-2012年分别调查了404、435和414名MSM,艾滋病相关知识知晓率呈逐年上升趋势。各年度同性性行为时最近一次安全套使用率波动于64.6%～75.1%之间,近半年安全套坚持使用率波动于35.4%～42.6%之间。各年度异性性行为时最近一次安全套使用率均低于50%,近半年安全套坚持使用率均低于30%。2010-2012年HIV感染率分别为8.9%、9.0%和8.2%,各年度间差异无统计学意义。结论宁波地区MSM人群HIV感染率处于较高水平,但无明显上升趋势。加强动态监测,改变宣教方式,提高干预质量对于有效控制MSM中艾滋病的蔓延非常重要。
Objective To understand the prevalence of AIDS and high risk behaviors among men who have sex with men （MSM） in Ningbo, and provide scientific evidence for the development of effective prevention and control strategy. Methods Face to face interview was conducted among MSM recruited through ＂snowball＂ sampling from 2010 to 2012, and blood samples were taken form them to conduct HIV and syphilis test. Results From 2010 to 2012, 404,435 and 414 MSM were surveyed each year. The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among the MSM increased with year. Totally 64. 6% - 75. 1% of the MSM used condemns at the latest homosexual activities and 35.4% -42.6% of them used condoms at each homosexual activities in the past six months. Less than 50% of the MSM used condemns at the latest heterosexual activities and less than 30% of them used condoms at each heterosexual activities in the past six months. From 2010 to 2012, the annual infection rate of HIV was 8.9%, 9.0% and 8.2%, respectively, and there were no significant differences in 3 year infection rates. Conclusion The infection rate of HIV among MSM was comparative high without obvious increase in Ningbo. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen dynamic surveillance and health education, and improve intervention in this population.
