摘要 详细分析了重油催化裂解(DCC)装置产品低碳烯烃(丙烯、异丁烯、正丁烯和干气中的乙烯等)的深加工技术路线及其产品的基本情况,并据此形成了几种组合工艺。对这些组合工艺进行经济评价和分析,推荐了重油DCC装置低碳烯烃的合适深加工路线,以期为以重质油为原料的炼化一体化项目的技术路线选择提供参考。 Detailed analysis was made on the deep processing routes for low - carbon olefin ( eg: propylene, isobutylene,n- butene and ethylene in dry gas) produced in heavy oil deep catalytic cracking (DCC) unit, and several combined processes were formed. Based on economic evaluation and analysis of the combined processes, appropriate deep processing routes for low -carbon olefin in heavy oil DCC plant were recommended, which provide guideline for selection of technical routes for refining and chemical integrated project with heavy oil as raw material.
