作者回顾了中国抑郁症社区服务的现状和存在的问题 ,并提出了以下建议 :1 建立一个具有中国特色的高效的抑郁症社区服务网络 ;2 普及抑郁症防治知识 ,将心理卫生服务纳入全科医疗服务 ;3 进一步促进纯生物医学模式向生物 -心理 -社会医学模式转变 ;4
The authors reviewed the community service for patients with depressive disorders in China In terms of quantity and quality of the service model in China,some measures were suggested:1 to establish a national service network for depressive patients with high efficiency,good management and Chinese characters;2 to promote the public awareness of depressive disorders and to integrate mental health service into primary health care;3 to further promote the change of medical service model from pure biological model to bio psycho social model;and 4 to conduct more studies on community service of depressive disorders
