摘要
目前国内城市发展中出现了较为普遍的产城分离现象,带来了交通、产业区缺乏活力等一系列的城市问题。本文研究了产城一体单元规划方法作为解决产城分离现象的一个重要规划手段,并在四川省成都天府新区的规划中,将产城一体单元规划方法进行了实践的探索。
Separation of industry and residence is a common phenomenon in the urban development of China, which causes a series of problems such as traffic jam and lack of vitality in the industrial area. This paper studies the Industry-and-City- Integration-Cell （ICIC） planning method as an important planning approach to solve the separation of industry and residence, and conducts practical exploration by applying ICIC planning method in the planning of Tianfu New Area, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province.
