摘要
针对某电厂2台双曲线自然通风冷却塔冷却效率低的问题,分析原因为塔内空气动力场分布不均、淋水填料阻力大等。对1号冷却塔进行了改造治理,通过更换新型淋水填料和喷溅装置,优化布置淋水填料,在自然风速为0~2.8m/s时,可使出塔水温降低1.6~1.8℃,机组煤耗率下降1.4g/kWh。改造后1号塔冷却性能明显优于未改造的2号塔,改造工作经济效益显著。
In the light of the problems existing in 2 hyperbolic natural ventilation cooling towers in a power plant, the air dynamic field distribution was uneven, water drenching fillers resistance, analyzed the reasons of low cooling efficiency. The No.1 cooling tower were transformed by changing the model of water drenching fillers and spray device, optimization arrangement of water drenching fillers, while the natural wind speed was 0-2.8 m/s, could reduce the temperature of the outlet water tower by 1.6-1.8 ℃, the unit's coal consumption rate decreased by 1.4 g/kWh. After the transformation of No.1 cooling tower, its performance was significantly better than the No.2 tower, transformation economic benefits were large.
