摘要
火力发电企业的原有燃料管理模式及入厂煤验收方式均由手工完成操作,存在人为干扰因素多、工作强度大、数据准确率低等问题。针对上述问题,内蒙古北方蒙西发电有限责任公司设计开发了燃料自动监管系统,该系统包含智能自动计量系统、采制化管理系统、结算管理系统、视频监控系统等多个子系统,采用管控一体化全闭环设计思想,充分利用信息化网络,实现磅房无人值守、自动计量、智能自动出票、采制化三级加密、数字化验室等主要核心功能。内蒙古北方蒙西发电有限责任公司采用燃料自动监管系统不仅控制了燃料成本费用,而且入厂煤热值、热值差、称重计量方面都有较大改善。
As the original fuel management mode in thermal power plants and the coal acceptance means were opearted by hand, the issues of the man-made interference factors. the intensity of work, and the accuracy of the data low existed. Thus, North West Inner Mongolia Power Generation Company designed and developed a fuel automatic monitoring system, which included the intelligent automatic metering system, acquisition management system, settlement system, video surveillance systems. With the integration of management and control loop design, the syetem made full use of the computer network to realize the real unattended pounds automatic metering, intelligent, automatic ticket, sampling three level encryption, digital laboratory key functions. Fuel automatic monitoring system used in North West Inner Mongolia Power Generation Company, not only control the fuel cost, and improve the coal calorific value calorific value difference and weighing.
