慢性心力衰竭患者心功能与甲状腺激素变化的关系及其意义 被引量：8

摘要 【目的】探讨慢性心力衰竭患者心功能与甲状腺激素变化的关系及其意义。【方法】选取112例住院慢性心力衰竭病史作为心衰组，健康体检者作为对照组。两组人群于入院次日晨抽取空腹肘静脉血，放射免疫法测定三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、游离型T3（FT3）、游离型T4（FT4）、甲状腺刺激激素（TSH）、脑钠肽（BNP）。【结果】心衰组发现甲状腺激素异常51例，以T4、FT3下降为主，T4轻度下降或正常，TsH正常。死亡19例中甲状腺激素异常14例。【结论】心功能越差T3、FT3越低，预后越差，死亡率越高，故慢性心衰患者根据甲状腺激素可以判断预后。
