慢性心力衰竭患者心功能与甲状腺激素变化的关系及其意义 被引量:8

摘要 【目的】探讨慢性心力衰竭患者心功能与甲状腺激素变化的关系及其意义。【方法】选取112例住院慢性心力衰竭病史作为心衰组,健康体检者作为对照组。两组人群于入院次日晨抽取空腹肘静脉血,放射免疫法测定三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离型T3(FT3)、游离型T4(FT4)、甲状腺刺激激素(TSH)、脑钠肽(BNP)。【结果】心衰组发现甲状腺激素异常51例,以T4、FT3下降为主,T4轻度下降或正常,TsH正常。死亡19例中甲状腺激素异常14例。【结论】心功能越差T3、FT3越低,预后越差,死亡率越高,故慢性心衰患者根据甲状腺激素可以判断预后。
