摘要 本文详细阐述了气相法聚乙烯流化床反应器冷凝操作模式的优势、模型计算、操作要点以及操作中的注意事项。与常规操作模式相比,冷凝操作模式具有提高装置操作弹性,提高反应器的撤热能力和时空收率,减少或消除静电的特点。冷凝操作过程中,应确保在线分析仪工作正常,避免频繁进入或退出冷凝模式,应将冷凝量控制在5%~12%,以防止冷凝量过低进入“泥浆”相或冷凝量过大而影响树脂黏度。 This paper describes advantages of the condensation operation mode, model calculation, essential of operation and precautions for the fluidized bed reactor of polyethylene with gas-phase polymerization. Compared with the conventional operation, the condensation mode possesses characteristics as following, operation flexibility improved, the heat removed capacity and space-time yield of the reactor increased, static electricity weakened or eliminated. In process of the condensation mode operation, analytical instruments are ensured in working properly, entering into the condensation or exiting it frequently to be avoided. In order to prevent volume of the condensation too low from changing slurry phase, or influence for viscosity resulted from volume of the condensation too high, the volume is controlled in arrange of 5% to 12%.
