摘要
高校学报特别是成人高校学报在期刊治理整顿中 ,许多内刊学报转化为公开学报 ,获得了继续生存的权利。然而 ,公开出版只是办好学报的开端 ,成人高校学报要在学术界站稳脚跟 ,求得发展 ,必须解放思想 ,克服不足 ,重新定位 ,改革传统的用稿制度 ,树立精品意识 ,实行开放性办刊 ,向专业化学报发展 ,从而形成独有特色。
Academic periodicals of institutions of higher learning,especially those of adult institutions,have been authorized to publish publicly after the rectification and reformation,and have got a chance to develop,but this is only a beginning.It is necessary to liberate thoughts,overcome shortcomings,find new ways,reform the traditional system of using arti cles,run academic periodicals in open way and have the consciousness of “the best”so as to get them specialized and have their own characteristics.Only in this way,academic periodi cals of adult institutions can stand steadily and develop greatly in the academic field.
