氨基酸络(螯)合锌在奶牛生产上的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 锌是动物必需的微量元素之一,参与体内近300种酶的构成,通过调节和控制这些酶的结构和功能,进而影响机体的各种代谢活动。传统上饲料中的锌几乎全部是以无机盐(硫酸锌和氧化锌等)的形式添加,但无机盐存在吸收率低、稳定性差、颉颃和破坏其他营养素并造成环境污染等诸多缺点,使研究人员和饲料工作者把目光投向安全且高效的有机锌产品(锌氨基酸鳌合物、锌蛋白盐和多糖锌等)的开发。将就有机锌,主要是氨基酸络(螯)合锌在奶牛营养中的作用效果进行简要综述。
