摘要
本文介绍了海峡两岸电子电器产品标准的覆盖面和结构数量,对两岸电子电器产品标准的术语、标准的层级分类、标准的法律约束性、标准的功能、标准的主管执行机关、采用国际标准的版本及数量、标准检测项目要求和技术指标的差异等进行了分析和比较,指出了两岸都大力推行标准国际化工作,两岸电子电器产品标准在检测项目、检测方法和检测技术指标等方面具有较强的共通性,为海峡两岸在电子电器产品标准化领域的合作及互信互认奠定了良好基础。
This article introduces the range, structure and quantity of standards for electric products cross the Strait,analyzes the differences of terminology, classification, binding force, function, adoption of international standards and test items of standards for electric products cross the Strait . The comparison results show standards for electric products cross the Strait are fundamentally the same, with a few minor differences. The comparison lays a good foundation for comprehensive cooperation in the realm of standardization for electric products cross the Strait, as wel las in the realm of mutual recognition in inspection results.
