摘要
针对大口径狙击步枪发射时后坐力过大的问题,提出了一种可以减小后坐力的液气缓冲器.基于液气缓冲器的工作原理,设计了适合于步枪的阀门式液气缓冲器的总体方案.在分析缓冲作用力对射击精度影响的基础上,提出了液气缓冲器缓冲时机的规划方案,规划了后坐阻力的变化规律,并给出了液气缓冲器的设计方法和设计实例.结果表明:阀门式液气缓冲器原理可行、结构紧凑、缓冲效果好,可以大幅度减小大口径狙击步枪发射时的后坐力.
To solve this problem that the recoil force of the large caliber sniper rifle is too very large in firing, one type of hydro-pneumatic buffer that can reduce the recoil force was put forward. Based on the operation principle of hydro-pneumatic buffer, the overall plan of a valve type of hydro-pneumatic buffer of the rifle was designed. On the basis of analyzing the influence of the buffer force on firing accuracy, the planning scheme on the buffer opportunity of hydro-pneumatic buffer was proposed. The law of the recoil resistance was planned. The design method and example of hydro-pneumatic buffer were given. The results indicate that its principle of the valve type of hydro-pneumatic buffer is feasible, its construct is compact and its effect is good. The valve type of hydro-pneumatic buffer can reduce the recoil force of the large caliber sniper rifle in firing.
