摘要
河南油田采油二厂稠油污水B/C值仅为0.04,极难对其进行生物降解;通过GC-MS分析,确定稠油污水有机污染物主要为烷烃类物质。针对其有机污染物特征以及B/C值低的特点,筛选出2株高效石油烃降解菌和2株抗表面活性剂功能菌;对现有生化处理装置厌氧段进行菌种投加、重新挂膜,使得厌氧段COD去除率达到35%左右,好氧段COD去除率达到30%左右,总COD去除率60%,出水COD稳定在120mg.L-1以下。
The B/C value of wastewater of viscous oil in the Second Factory of Henan Oilfield was only 0.04,so it was difficult to be biodegraded. GC-MS Analysis was conducted in the laboratory,and the results showed that the organic pollutants were mainly alkane materials. According tothe characteristies of organic pol- lutants and the lower B/C value,two strains of high-efficient hydrocarbon degradation bacteria and two strains of surfaetant-resistant bacteria were sereened. After baeteria addition and biofilm culturing were conducted in the anaerobic unit of the existing biochemical treatment device ,the COD removal rate of anaerobic unit was up to about 35%,the COD removal rate of aerobic unit was up to about 30%, the total COD removal rate was 60%,and the COD of effluent was stably below 120 mg· L^-1.
