摘要
采用雪球抽样方法对山西省11个地区中小学体育教师的工作满意度进行描述性统计、独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析。结果表明:(1)山西省中小学体育教师工作满意度的维度由工作环境满意度、同事关系满意度、工资待遇满意度、领导管理满意度、工作本身满意度五个部分组成。(2)山西省中小学体育教师工作满意度整体上较好,满意度平均值3.672,五个维度的满意度从高到低依次是:同事关系、工作本身、领导管理、工作环境、工资待遇。中小学体育教师最不满意的选项是当前体育教师的社会地位。
The methods snowball sampling was used to select respondents in this dissertation.422 valid questionnaires were collected from PE in primary and secondary schools in 11 regions of Shanxi Province and the date was analytically by descriptive statistics,independent sample T test and the single factor variance analysis method.The objective was to explore the influential factors and structure.Results:(1) its structure was composed of five dimensions,job environment satisfaction,relationship between colleagues satisfaction,wages and benefits satisfaction,leadership and management satisfaction and job per se satisfaction.(2) Overall,it was better and its mean value was 3.672.It was sorted in descending order that the relationship between colleagues,job perse,leadership and managementn,job environment,and wages and benefits.The conclusion of the survey expressed their dissatisfaction with current social status.
