摘要
胃癌前病变的病性为本虚标实,本虚为脾胃虚弱,标实有瘀血和浊毒。健脾益气是治疗的根本大法;由于病程较长,气虚致血瘀,因虚而热,灼烧津液,浊毒成痰化毒,导致湿痰毒瘀互结。在益气健脾法基础上,必须兼用活血化瘀法、燥湿化痰法、清热解毒法。
The essence of PLGC is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Deficiency in origin is deficiency of spleen and stomach while the excess in superficiality is blood stasis and toxin.Invigorating spleen is the basic rule.Due to the long disease course,deficiency of Qi leads to blood stasis as well as heat pathogen.Heat pathogen decocts body fluids to be phlegm.As a consequence,dampness,phlegm,toxin and blood stasis happen to integrate mutually.Invigorating spleen is fundamental while removing blood stasis,drying dampness and dispersing phlegm and dissipating heat and detoxifying are necessary as well.
