摘要
目的 :回顾性分析经病理证实的 36例脑胶质瘤X刀治疗后的临床及影像学变化。方法 :自1997年 3月～ 1999年 7月利用JX 10 0X刀系统常规固定头环及立体定向头架 ,CT扫描 3mm层厚 ,将影像信息输入计算机工作站进行三维重建 ,采用单次或分次治疗。全组 36例获得 6～ 30个月的随访 ,中位 18个月。结果 :34例生存期超过 6个月占 94 .4 % ,6例超过 30个月占 16 7%。 2 2例CT或MRI复查病灶明显缩小占 61 1%。 3例病灶消失占 8 3%。 3例病灶增大占 8 3%。 4例无明显变化占11 1% ;2 6例症状减轻 ,3例症状消失 ,3例症状重 ,4例死亡。结论 :X刀治疗脑胶质瘤疗效是肯定的 。
Objective:Purpose 36 cases of brain glioma who were treated with Xknife.And all the cases were firmed by pathology.The clinical and image changeswere analyzed.Materal and.Methods:From March,1997 to April 1999,JX100 Xknife system had been used,inluding routine fixed headcircle and stereoscopic orientated headframe work,CT had been used to image c\each 3 mm deep section.Then the image information was put into computer station to rebuild 3dimensional image.Single or several times therapy was adopted.All 36 cases of patient had been followed for 6 to 30 monthes.And average time was 18 months.Results:The lifetime of 34 cases were more than 6 month which are 94.4% of all cases.The lifetime of 6 cases were more than 30 months which was 16.7%.Examined again by CT or MRI,the focuses of 22 cases (61.1%) had been decreased evidently;The focuses of 3 cases (8.3%)had been disappeared;The focuses of 3 cases (8.3%) enlarged;The symptoms of 4 cases (11.1%) had no changes;The symptoms of 26 creleaases sed;The symptom of 3 cases disappeared.And the symptoms of 3 cases were disappeared.And 4 cases were died.Conclusions:It is effective that the brain glioma were treateaed with Xknife,It is suitable to be applied for treating the most kinds of brain glioma.
