摘要
全面实行高校管理人员职员制是新形势下高校人事分类制度改革的重要举措。本文在概括高校职员制改革现状的基础上,分析其面临的问题,对如何进一步推进高校职员制度改革提出相应对策。
The staff system reform in full operation in high institutions under the new circumstances is an important measure. This paper, based on illustrating the status quo of the staff system reform in high institutions, analyzes the problems concerned and proposes some strategies for further advancing the reform by solving these problems.
