圆柱形氢镍电池温升效应研究

摘要 通过实验测得六种不同厂家生产的相同型号的氢镍电池在不同温度下的物性参数值,并通过多项式拟合的方法得到电阻值的拟合曲线。建立电池简化传热模型,并运用CFD商业软件进行数值模拟,得到了电池在不同放电倍率、不同对流换热方式下的温升曲线及温度分布。比较并分析了电阻值取常数和取为温度的函数两种情况下电池温升及分布的变化。为进一步研究氢镍电池发热特性、改善其温度性能提供参考。 The physical parameter values of the six Ni-MH batteries of identical type from different manufactures were obtained by experiment, furthermore a precise battery resistance curve were obtained using the overall temperature rising curve and the temperature profile based on a simplified battery thermal model, polynomial fitting method was gotten. The variation of the operating conditions was applied to The results under different battery resistances model [R= C& R= f(t)] were compared as well as analyzed in this article. It's fairly applicable to provide reference for further study in Ni-MH battery heat generation characteristics and the improvement in its temperature performance.
