摘要
目的应用电针疏密波治疗特发性面神经麻痹,并观察H-B面神经功能评价分级的指标和临床疗效。方法将60例特发性面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,予电针疏密波治疗;对照组30例,采用针刺治疗;共治疗2星期。结果治疗组治疗后H-B面神经功能评价分级及疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针疏密波疗法能明显改善面神经瘫痪程度,起效迅速,提高疗效,能有效地降低特发性面神经麻痹的后遗症,是治疗特发性面神经麻痹的有效、可靠的治疗方法。
Objective By adopting electroacupuncture with sparse-intense wave to treat idiopathic facial paralysis, to observe the House-Bmckmann score and clinical efficacy. Method Sixty patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were randomized into two groups. 30 subjects in the treatment group were given electroacupuncture with sparse-dense wave; the other 30 subjects in the control group were given acupuncture. Two treatment courses were given in total. Result The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in comparing the House-Brackmann score and therapeutic efficacy after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture with sparse-dense wave can obviously and efficiently improve the paralysis of facial nerve, enhance the therapeutic efficacy, and decrease the sequelae of idiopathic facial paralysis, and thus it＇s an effective and reliable method in treating idiopathic facial paralysis.
