摘要
提出了一种自动确定塑件分型线的方法 .该方法首先根据模具的脱模方向、塑件的几何特性和拓扑关系 ,对塑件的所有非侧凹面进行分组 ,然后抽取不同面组的最大边环 ,得到两种候选分型线 ,最后采用优化目标函数计算各种分型线的评价因子 ,确定塑件的优选分型线 .实例测试表明 。
An approach to automatically determine the parting line for molded parts is presented. Given a parting direction of molded part, we first classify the orientation of all faces with respect to the parting direction, their geometric characteristics and topological relationships into three groups; Then the largest contour of each face group is set up and two candidate parting lines are determined; The optimal one is finally chosen by a set of evaluation criteria. Test results show that the proposed approach is effective and efficient in automatically determining the parting line of a molded part.
