摘要
针对当前医疗机构改革、取消药品加成和适当提高医疗服务价格的总体目标,就医疗服务价格如何确定进行探讨。主要从现行医疗服务价格与价值不相匹配、怎样逐步调整医疗服务价格、增加医院活力、促进医疗事业发展,为患者提高更优质的服务等几个层面进行阐述,为实行医疗服务价格的完全市场化奠定基础。
It focuses on the current medical institution reform, the cancellation of medicine prices addition, raise the medical service prices properly, and discuss on how to settle the medical service price. The medic＇t[ service prices does not match its value, how to adjust the medical service prices, stimulate the activities of hospitals, develop the medical industry and provide better services for the patients are discussed to build foundation for the marketization of medical service price.
