摘要
为了研究医疗保健价格的形成机制,利用面板数据模型进行了计量经济学分析,研究结果表明:医疗器具及用品价格、保健器具及用品价格、农村与城镇的医疗需求对医疗保健价格并不存在十分明显的影响;过高的药品价格以及过高的挂号、手术、检查的费用才是看病贵、看病难的主要原因;因此控制药价以及医疗服务费用的增长是调控医疗价格的关键。
To study the formation mechanism of healthcare price, the econometrica is analyzed through panel data model. The study result shows that there is no significance effect on the price of medical treatment instrument and appliance, the price of heahhcare instruments and appliances, healtheare needs of rural and urban residents; the high drug prices and cost of registering, surgery, and examine are most major reasons of medical difficulties. Therefore, controlling the growth of medicine prices and the costs of medical services is the key of controlling and adjusting medical prices.
