摘要
理论和经验研究支持技术进步技能偏向性对技能溢价问题的解释力,却较少关注技术进步技能偏向性背后的经济含义及其所能解释技能溢价的水平。在评价技术进步和技能溢价的作用关系后,通过技术进步诱致设备资本价格和投资规模变化方式演绎技能溢价的形成过程,解读技术进步技能偏向性形成背后的经济内涵,并通过模型推算技术进步能在多大程度上解释技能溢价或技能偏向性水平,再结合中国时序数据进行检验。
Study on theory and experience supports the ability of technical bias of technical progress to interpret technical premium, but lacks the economic connotation of the former and its ability of the interpretation of the latter. This article analyzes the functional relation between technical progress and technical premium, shows the formation process of technical premium caused by the influence of technical progress on the changing pattern of cost of facility and capital and investment scale, and in- terprets the economic connotation of the formation of technical bias of technical progress. It also esti- mates to what extent technical progress can interpret technical premium or the level of technical bi- as through models and tests it against Chinese time series data.
