摘要
目的 国产乙肝基因疫苗应用时间不长 ,其免疫持久性尚不清楚。为评价国产乙肝CHO疫苗的免疫效果和免疫持久性而进行本研究。方法 应用两批国产乙肝CHO疫苗 (长春生物制品研究所生产 ) ,10 μg/剂。按 0、 1、 6程序免疫 15 0名HBVm阴性儿童 ,免疫后随访观察 5 6月。结果 全部接种儿童均无局部和全身异常反应。T7时抗—HBs阳转率均为 10 0 % ,T56时阳转率分别为 88 5 7%和 78 5 7%。
Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the immunogenicity and the immune persistence of domestic product of Chinese hamster ovary cell derived recombnant hepatitis B vaccine(CHO vaccine).Methods Two batches of CHO vaccine (10μg/dose)were administered to 150 children aged 6 to 11 with HBV mark negative.The immune regment was 0、1 and 6 months.Results No severs adverse reaction was found in all the children.The anti-HBs positive conversion rate were 100% 7 months after the first injection.The rate were 88.57% and 78.57% respectively At 56th months.Conclusion The results revealed that the safety and the immunogenicity of CHO vaccine is good.
