摘要
针刺治疗并观察其前后症状、体外血栓长度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率的变化情况 ,说明针刺疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 ,可通过改善其血瘀高凝状态 ,改善循环和组织缺血、缺氧 ,使组织得到充分的营养供给 ,从而使神经功能得到改善。
Diabetic peripheral nervous lesion was treated with acupuncture and changes of the symptoms,thrombus length in vitro,fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate before and after treatment were observed.Results indicate that acupuncture for diabetic peripheral nervous lesion can improve hyperviscosity of blood,blood circulation and ischemia and hypoxia of tissue to make tissue attain full supply of nutrition,so as to improve nervous functions.
