摘要
目的:探讨MRI对早期成人股骨头缺血坏死的诊断价值。方法:50例临床症状明显但在常规X线检查下未能得出明确诊断的患者,行MRI检查。结果:其中42例MRI检查结果提示股骨头信号异常,诊断符合率为84%。结论:在早期股骨头缺血坏死诊断中,MRI最具敏感性和特异性,是诊断早期股骨头坏死的首选方法。
Objective： To explore MRI in early ischemic necrosis femoral head adults of diagnostic value.Methods： Select 50 cases in conventional x-rays that under clear diagnosis and not clinical symptoms early highly suspected femoral patients with ischemic necrosis do MRI inspection.Results：Which 42 cases with MRI results suggest that the femoral signal unusual,femoral ischemia diagnostic accuracy of 84%.Conclusion：In early ischemic necrosis femoral head MRI was the most sensitivity and specificity and the preferred method.
