摘要
目的:比较交锁髓内钉与锁定加压钢板治疗四肢复杂骨折的疗效,以供临床参考。方法:以2008年5月～2010年4月来我院就诊的四肢骨折患者95例为研究对象,进行随机分组。对照组进行交锁髓内钉内固定,观察组进行锁定加压钢板内固定。术后随访2年,观察两组患者骨折愈合时间,并比较Johner-Wruhs功能评分的差异。结果:与对照组相比较,观察组患者骨折愈合时间明显较短,Johner-Wruhs功能评分明显较好,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用交锁髓内钉和锁定加压钢板治疗四肢复杂骨折均可取得良好的疗效,其中锁定加压钢板的疗效更为满意,对骨折的愈合和术后功能的恢复具有积极的促进作用。
Objective：Compare the interlocking intramedullary nail with locking compression plate fixation in treatment of complex fractures of limbs,for clinical reference.Methods：Choose 95 cases with limbs fracture from May.2008 to Apr.2010 in our hospital as research object,randomly grouping.Control group of interlocking intramedullary nail,Observation group was locking compression plate fixation.2 years later,two groups were observed with fracture healing time,and comparing the Johner-Wruhs score differences.Results：Compared with control group,the patients in observation group was significantly shorter healing time,Johner-Wruhs score was significantly higher,with significant statistical difference（p0.05）.Conclusion：Interlocking intramedullary nail and locking compression plate fixation in treatment of complex fracture of extremities can achieve good effect of locking compression plate,the curative effect is more satisfied,on the healing of fracture and postoperative functional recovery has positive stimulative effect.
