摘要
以分别携带有Ty1/Ty1.Ty3a/Ty3a和Ty1/Ty1.Ty3/Ty3的番茄材料09(1)和09(2)为亲本的F2群体的89个单株为研究对象,利用分子标记的方法对F2群体所有单株的抗病基因型进行检测。结果发现,明显发生交换的单株有6个,占到F2群体89个单株的6.74%。表明Ty1位点与Ty3位点之间属于不完全连锁关系且连锁较紧密,为番茄抗病基因Ty1和Ty3(或Ty3a)的聚合育种提供一定的理论依据。
The F1 hybrid was obtained from the cross of the breeding line 09 (1) with the genotypeTyl / Tyl·Ty3a / Ty3a and 09(2) with Tyl/ Tyl · Ty3 / Ty3 and advanced to the F2 population including 89 plants. The Tyl , Ty3 and Ty3a resistance genes of the F2 population were indentified byPCR method. The results showed that only 6 plants 6. 74% of the total,which indicated that Tyl and Ty3 erence for gene-pyramiding breeding strategy of Tyl were detected obvious exchange, accounting for are closely linked. This result will provide a ref- and Ty3 (or Ty3a ) resistance gene.
