摘要
BNS是一个对低温敏感的小麦雄性不育系,多年观察研究表明,该不育系具有稳定的不育性和转换性。但2012年对7个播期的BNS育性观察发现,与已报道的2008、2009年资料相比,各分期播种的花粉可育率上升0.46%~19.94%,部分达显著水平;自交结实率提高2.74%~34.59%,达显著或极显著水平。将开花前32d每4d设1个温度子阶段,对各播期子阶段的滑动积温与花粉可育率和自交结实率做相关分析,发现温度对育性影响可覆盖花粉发育绝大部分时期,开花前4d的温度影响仍达显著水平。气象资料调查表明,2012年是一个温度相对较高的年份,材料种植地区4月份最低气温较近5a高,正是该高温导致2012年BNS不育性下降,可育率提高。可见,确定BNS的安全不育播期应充分考虑当地可能出现的特殊气象温度。
BNS is a type of thermo-sensitive wheat male-sterile line. Years of observation had made sure that the sterile line could express stable sterility and convertibility. But in 2012, we observed in seven sowing dates that BNS' fertile-pollen rate and self-seeds rate increased 0.46%- 19.94% and 2. 74%-34. 59% ,respectively,comparing with that of in 2008 and 2009,and the difference between them were significant. It was also found from correlation analysis between the sliding accumulated temperatures of per 4 days of 32 days before anthesis and fertile-pollen rate and self-seeds rate that the BNS fertility conversion on the temperature could be affected significant in most days of anther differ- entiation and pollen development ,including until four days before anthesis. The meteorological data investigation to near 5 years showed that the year of 2012 was a relative higher temperature one in the area. The lowest temperature in April of 2012 was higher than that of past five years. It was the higher temperature that resulted in BNS~ infertility reduce and self-seeds rate increase in 2012. These results suggested that,for the security usage,the advisement of BNS infertile sowing date must take into ac- count to special temperature climate to happen in the area of BNS planting.
